*Paul Heyman is out and about in the ring, to get us ready for a expected amazing evening. He then carries on talking about the challenge 3MB issued, but soon enough Brock Lesnar would come out and destroy 3MB into pieces. Brock then proposes a steel cage match against himself and Triple H at Extreme Rules. Heyman then continues to talk about his reputation, and says he has received an email from Triple H. His email says his decision will be decided next week. Triple H then comes out while Heyman rants on and on about him not coming out and deciding for himself this week. Triple H then tells him he lied, and continues to tell Heyman he accepts his challenge for the steel cage match at Extreme Rules. Triple H lays Heyman out with a big clothesline to the face which ends the segment.

*A helicopter is seen being lowered in a field beside the stadium with The Shield coming out and getting into a black Range Rover van.

*Dolph Ziggler is seen backstage touching his World Heavyweight Championship, AJ Lee then interrupts and then flirts with Dolph, Dolph then tells Big E Langston to go away, it's Ziggler's and AJ's time alone. Brad Maddox & Vickie then interrupt and inform Dolph if he loses, Jericho gets a shot in the triple threat Match, which will become a fatal four way match.
*A segment with The Shield is shown, giving a message to the Undertaker. Shield then plans on making their greatest statement and owning the night, beating Daniel Bryan, Kane, and the Undertaker.
-Dolph Ziggler def. Chris Jericho
*Josh Matthews interviews Mick Foley. Josh asks Foley how the eras changed, Mick says the names has changed but the attitude hasn't changed which ends the segment.
-Tensai def. Cody Rhodes
*Kane and Daniel Bryan are backstage arguing what they will do when the Undertaker will arrive, the Shield then attacks Team Hell No, leaving the camera on the ground facing them on the floor rolling around in pain.
*Josh Matthews interviews Ryback. He asks Ryback to explain his actions last week on RAW. Ryback responds by saying Cena wasn't there for him when Ryback was there for him, so he let the Shield beat on him.
-Big E Langston def. Zack Ryder
-The Shield def. Undertaker, Kane, & Daniel Bryan
*John Cena and Mick Foley talk about Ryback backstage, Cena doesn't want Foley to go out to the arena alone so he gives him a chair just to be safe.
-Fandango def. William Regal
-AJ wins the Divas Battle Royal
*Mick Foley comes out with a steel chair with a smile on his face, he continues by saying he had no intention for a confrontation. Ryback comes out next after Foley. They have a few words with each other, they talk about Foleys moments throughout his career. Foley says he won't back down from a fight and goes on and on. Ryback tells him to shut up. Ryback declares he will defeat "Super Cena" at Extreme Rules and become the new WWE Champion. Ryback then calls Foley fat and pathetic and continues to get in his face but John Cena comes out to become the savior for Foley. The Shield comes out and it's 3 on 1 for Ryback. Cena backs away and begins his exit. The Shield turn and surround Ryback. Cena comes back into the ring with a steel chair to chase off the shield. Cena then hits Ryback with a Attitude Adjustment to end the show.
