-MizTV Kicked off the New Years Eve edition of Raw with special guest star John Cena. John Cena said that his New Years Resolution was to be the WWE Champion in 2013. Team Rhodes Scholars came out and interrupted Cena. The Miz said announced that tonight is an All Championships on the Line night. Cena & Miz proposed a tag team match against the Rhodes Scholars and they accept.

-Team Hell No df. 3MB To retain the Tag Team Championships
*CM Punk, Paul Heyman, and a Doctor comes to the ring. The doctor says that it is confirmed Punk is still unable to compete against Ryback next week in a TLC match. Vince Mcmahon comes out and says Happy New Year to the crowd and says that he still thinks that Brad Maddox & The Shield still are working with Punk. Vince says he will have more doctors evaluate Punk, and if Punk is unable to Compete then Heyman will compete in the TLC Match instead.
-Sheamus df. Dolph Ziggler via DQ when The Shield Came out and attacked Sheamus.

*Backstage Segment with Kofi Kingston & Wade Barrett
*Eve Torres came out and says that she is defending the Divas Title against Mae Young, Young isn't in the building so Eve says that she wins by forfeit, Kaitlyn comes out and attacks Eve to end the segment.
-Big Show df. Ricardo Rodriguez via DQ to retain the World Heavyweight Championship, Alberto Del Rio came in to help Ricardo out and attack the Big Show
-Wade Barrett df. Kofi Kingston to become the new Intercontinental Champion
*Backstage Interview with Wade Barrett
*Ryback comes out for his handicap 3-1 Match with The Shield but they start attacking him on the ramp, Sheamus & A returning Randy Orton comes out to help Ryback and they fight off The Shield leaving Orton, Sheamus, and Ryback standing tall.
-Dolph Ziggler, AJ Lee, and Big E Langston come out for a New Years toast with John Cena. They show bad clips of John Cena over this year. Ziggler un-invited Cena and Cena says he's not here to fight. Cena admits he had a bad 2012 year, and he promised the WWE Universe that he would once again win the WWE Championship & That he is in the 30 Man Royal Rumble Match this year. Cena toasts to AJ & Ziggler and a whole bunch of Human Waste falls on them both and Raw ends with Cena standing tall!
