WWE Friday Night Smackdown Results! [1/11/13]

-Booker T starts off the show announcing the Smackdown will start the year off with a bang, and following that announcement he makes a match with Antonio Cesaro and Randy Orton. Big Show then enters the arena and complains about the match against Alberto Del Rio later on in the show. After complaining to Booker T, Del Rio comes out and attacks Big Show.

*Flashback - September 13th, 2001 - The Rock issues a match to anyone in the back.*

-Randy Orton def. Antonio Cesaro [DQ -  The Shield attacked attacked after the match]

*3MB interview with Matt Striker. Following that interview WWE brings CM Punk and Paul Heyman from The Sun Life Stadium. In this segment, Punk explains that he will win like any other PPV against The Rock. After that segment, Alberto Del Rio says there will be a new World Heavyweight Champion tonight while getting ready backstage.*

-AJ Lee and Dolph Ziggler def. The Great Khali and Natalya [After the match Big E Langston takes out Hornswoggle and Khali]

*Flashback - 'Rock & Sock' Connection - Shows Mick Foley and The Rock moments*

*The Rock enters the arena to cut a promo. Rock talks about his days in Miami and being home. The Rhodes Scholars interrupt him. Rhodes Scholars says The Rock doesn't deserve any time on TV. Rock makes fun of Cody's mustache. They play the game that Sandow usually plays with a fan, asking 3 questions. First question was who is the 19th president of America. Rock answers correctly with Rutherford B. Hayes. Cody asks which movie won Best Picture in 1993 and Rock answers correctly again with Schindlers  List. Rcok decides to ask the third question. What do you get when you combine a geological aggregate of minerals with it's lowest form. Sandow answers Rock Bottom. Rock continues to Rock Bottom Sandow and gives Cody a People's Elbow.*
