Ryback said that he will aim for Cena's personal and physical weak spots at Extreme Rules because the stipulation is a Last Man Standing match.

[After the Match, Cesaro cut a promo on saying nobody on NXT, Main Event, Saturday Morning Slam, Superstars, Smackdown, or Raw that is at his level]
*Paul Heyman was shown via satellite showing Brock Lesnar terrorizing his office at WWE HQ. Triple H came out and said that how Heyman told HHH he knows nothing about Extreme, but HHH replys by saying he invented DX & tore through the attitude era with an iron fist. He said that he has the balls to tear through his office at HQ but his 2nd office is his ring and he said he wants Lesnar to try and get break this office. He said next time Lesnar tries to pull something, HHH will fight back.

*Mark Henry came out and talked about his recent confrontations with Sheamus and issued a match with Sheamus at Extreme Rules in 2 weeks. Sheamus came out and he accepted the challenge. Mark Henry also wanted to fight Sheamus. Wade Barrett then came out for his normal scheduled match with Sheamus.

[After the Match, The Shield came out and attempted to attack Team Hell No, John Cena, and Ryback, Ryback ran away and grabbed a chair while Cena & Bryan tried to fight off The Shield, Ryback then hit Roman Reigns with a steel chair and attacked Cena and Bryan to end the show]
