*Raw General Manager Brad Maddox came out to a drum roll & announced the beginning of the Maddox Era. WWE Champion John Cena then came out and said that he thinks Maddox is an OK GM so far. Maddox said that Cena gets to choose who his opponent is for Summerslam later tonight. Raw Money In The Bank winner Randy Orton came out and said that he won't make the stupid mistake that Cena made last year when he cashed in MITB & said that Cena will never see it coming. Fandango & Summer Rae came out and interrupted Orton and greeted himself to Cena by them pronouncing his name. Orton started to brawl with Fandango and Maddox got a ref down for the opening match.

*Backstage Segment with Dolph Ziggler & AJ Lee - Ziggler breaks up with AJ
*Mark Henry came out and talked about his match last night at MITB. He says that if he took Cena to the limit last night he can do it again. He told Cena to look and think hard about who he wants to pick to face at Summerslam. The Shield came out and attacked Henry laying him out with their signature Triple Powerbomb to end it.

[After the Match, AJ Lee was shown as the bell keeper and attacked Ziggler, while Ziggler was trying to hold AJ back, out came Big E Langston to flatten out Ziggler with a clothesline & Big Ending with AJ crying in the background]
-Bray Wyatt vs. R-Truth did not happen because the Wyatt Family attacked Truth and cut a promo and sent a very strong worded message to Kane

[After the Match, Cody Rhodes came out and attacked Sandow]
-Naomi df. Brie Bella
*CM Punk came out and called out Paul Heyman & Brock Lesnar. Heyman comes out first and says that he doesn't want anything to do with Punk anymore because he is a joke and said that when they were together they were the longest reigning defending WWE Champion of the last 20 years & came an inch close to ending The Undertakers Wrestlemania streak. Punk says that he will get Heyman and he will go through anyone Heyman puts in his way including Axel & Lesnar. He calls Heyman a bitch and Heyman says that his future was "Clobberin' Time". Out came Brock Lesnar who would then brawl with Punk and give Punk an F5 on the announce table to end it.

*John Cena came out to pick his Summerslam opponent. He said that he couldn't choose so he let the WWE Universe choose and brought out people like RVD, 3MB, Sheamus, Y2J, Khali, Orton, and Fandango. The crowd was chanting "YES!" Referring to Daniel Bryan and Cena chose Bryan as his Summerslam opponent because he thought he deserves it. Bryan came out and did his YES! Pose in Cena's face and on the turnbuckle to end the show.
