*Edge kicked off Raw in his hometown of Toronto, Canada for the Cutting Edge. He says that Triple H is making him interview the WWE Champion Randy Orton and wanted a Rated RKO Reunion because it would be best for business. He says that Orton will not be his guest, instead it will be #1 Contender Daniel Bryan. Bryan says that no matter how many times Orton, Shield, and the McMahons keep him down, he will get back up and beat Orton for the WWE Title at NOC. Edge asks Bryan if he has what it takes to be face of the WWE, Ortons music hits and cuts on Toronto. He says that it's a shame Edge had to retire at a young age cause he would've beat him up. Triple H comes out now. Edge says that HHH has a good mindset for the business but his pick for talent sucks. HHH promotes Edge's show Haven for after Smackdown at 10. Edge says that HHH said that he didn't have what it takes to be champ, neither did John Cena or Chris Jericho. HHH rips on Edge saying he can't fight because of his surgery. HHH says that although he can't hurt Edge, he can hurt the ones he loves, The Shield comes out carrying Christian and lays him out on the stage with Edge helping him screaming for help from the docs to end the segment.

*Curtis Axel, Paul Heyman, and Heyman's personal doctor came to the ring. Heyman starts to rip on Toronto for their health care. The doctor says that he tore his ACL and that he can't compete at NOC with Axel to take on CM Punk. He said that he will return to his home in New York to heal and will be back as soon as possible. Raw GM Brad Maddox & WWE Doctor Sampson came out and said that the only way to be taken out of competition is for it to be confirmed by WWE Doctors. Maddox demanded that Doc Sampson check Heyman out. Sampson said that Heyman is fine, Heyman gets pissed at Sampson & Maddox. CM Punk storms to the ring and attacks the doctor and Axel with a kendo stick while Heyman escapes. Punk continues to attack Heymans personal Doctor to end the segment with him standing tall!
